Christian Leadership
Ministry can be hard. Especially in a small church. If you are a self starter and able to work unsupervised to accomplish clear objectives, contact our office for opportunities.
Durant offers those who want leadership experience to serve in selected roles based upon an interview and committment. FBC Durant will give developmental assignments to help grow your leadership experience. Durant is completely content with knowing our place as a training ground to develop workers who will be sent out to serve in other churches who may need help more than us.

"Talk About God's Son" FBCD Planted more than 82,340 reported seeds in 2008 Many churches today are struggling to excite members to take what they are hearing into the marketplace. The 21st century church can not rely on the pastor or a visitation team to build the church. All followers of Jesus have the responsibility "and" the charge to "go and build" the Kingdom. Most feel like they don't have the knowledge or speaking ability to share Christ. The enemy wants them to believe that. Most of these people are planting seeds that they are not even aware of. When we become aware of what these seeds are and how useful they are for the Holy Spirit, we become daily instruments of God with a purpose.
Pastor Kevin M. Wynne / President of American Ministries extends a challenge to all churches to join the effort to plant seeds for Christ like you have never imagined you could. It is a game called "TAGS" Talk About God's Son.
